In the Name of God the Father, the Son and God the Holy Ghost. I Jacob Fehler, Bequeath all my real and personal Estates by my last Will and Testament as follows; I Jacob Fehler Bequeath unto my loving wife Hannah Fehler the Third part of my Real and Personal Estate. 2. If I Jacob Fehler should die every Thing shall be sold and the Woman after the Debts are paid shall draw the third Part. 3. I Bequeath then twenty Pounds which Jacob Loewengut is to give me an amount of my first Wife unto my Children which I had of the first Wife alone and my Second Wife and Child shall have no part thereof. And for the above writing and my Estate and Children and Wife(r)s Goods. I have chosen for Guardian or Executors namely George Emeril and Jacob Loewengut. These shall do & deal with my things and Children as with their own. This shall be kept fast as my last Will & Testament done in Tulpehocken Township in Berks County the 24th March 1760 In Confirmation whereof I have signed it with my own Hand and put my Seal theretoby Witness
