     Elijah Meddock was born on 1 May 1823 in Ohio.2,1 He was the son of Abraham Meddock and Elizabeth Barnes.1 He married Elizabeth Patterson on 8 January 1862 in Butler County, Ohio.3 He died on 13 July 1888 at age 65.2 He was buried in New London Cemetery, Shandon, Morgan Township, Butler County, Ohio.2
