Motter, son of Ora Alfred Motter and Ethel Marie Wagner, on 14 April 1959.¹ She died on 24 May 2011 in Clarion, Clarion County, Pennsylvania, at age 78.² She was buried in Heckathorn Cemetery, Cranberry Township, Venango County, Pennsylvania.²
