     Robert Richey Thomas was born on 9 October 1927 in Titusville, Crawford County, Pennsylvania.^1,2 He was the son of Ira Eddy Thomas and Zelma Irene Abrams.¹ He married Ruth M. Schafer on 4 December 1948 in Bremerhaven, Germany.¹ He died on 26 May 2014 in Saegertown, Crawford County, Pennsylvania, at age 86.¹ He was buried in Tyronville Cemetery, Tyronville, Steuben Township, Crawford County, Pennsylvania.¹

     Ruth M. Schafer married Robert Richey Thomas, son of Ira Eddy Thomas and Zelma Irene Abrams, on 4 December 1948 in Bremerhaven, Germany.¹
