Tabor Cemetery, Eldred Township, Jefferson County.4
     As heirs of Francis Beatty, William Henry Beatty, his wife Josephine, Nancy Agnes Beatty, her husband Gilbert Sanner, Mary Ann Beatty, her husband James McMillen, and Francis C. Beatty sold Francis Beatty's 111 acres farm in Jackson Township, Venango County, to William Frazier of Sugarcreek Township, Venango County for $500 to each of Francis' children.5
     James McMillen and Mary Ann McMillen were living in Corsica, Jefferson County, Pennsylvania, in 1870.6 He was listed as the head of a family on the 1880 Census of Eldred Township, Jefferson County, Pennsylvania. A receipt found in the Probate File for for the estate of Francis Beatty states that "Mary Donehey, afterward wife of Frances Beatty, late of Venango County" had apparently purchased but never paid for a "cloak and trimmings" on 6 April 1833 from a James Cooper. The receipt, dated 6 April 1850, was requesting payment from the estate of Francis Beatty in the amount of $12.00--$8.72 for the cloak and trimmings and $3.28 in interest.10
     Francis Beatty was listed as the head of a family on the 1830 Census of Sugarcreek Township, Venango County. The household consisted of 1 male under 5, 1 male 5-10, 1 male 30-40, 1 female 10-15, 1 female 15-20, 1 female 20-30, and 1 female 60-70.11 He was listed as the head of a family on the 1840 Census of Sugarcreek Township, Venango County. The household consisted of 1 male 5-10, 1 male 10-15, 1 male 15-20, 1 male 40-50, 1 female under 5, 1 female 5-10, 1 female 30-40, 1 female 40-50, 1 female 70-80.6
     As heirs of Francis, William Henry Beatty, his wife Josephine, Nancy Agnes Beatty, her husband Gilbert Sanner, Mary Ann Beatty, her husband James McMillen, and Francis C. Beatty sold Francis Beatty's 111 acres farm in Jackson Township, Venango County, to William Frazier of Sugarcreek Township, Venango County for $500 to each of Francis' children. The deeds states that this was land willed to Francis by his father Robert Beatty. The deeds were signed on 7 March 1864 and 28 September 1864 and were recorded in Franklin on 22 October 1864.12
