Wallace and Betty Jean graduated from Vennard Collage in Oskaloosa, Iowa. Wallace later graduated from Western Evangelical Seminary in Portland, Oregon, and was ordained in the Western Pennsylvania Conference of the Evangelical United Bretheran Church. He had a pastorate for two years in Iowa before he and Betty Jean went to the mission field.1 He and Betty Jean Kreutsberg died in an airplane crash, returning home from participating in a retreat at the Seneca Hills Bible Conference outside Franklin, Pennsylvania.1
