     Minnie Ruth Tarr was born on 19 August 1920 in Oil City, Venango County, Pennsylvania.¹ She was the daughter of Oliver Ceylon Tarr and Helen Clare Tracy.¹ She married Howard Quinn Rudolph on 30 January 1946 in Oil City, Venango County, Pennsylvania.¹ She died on 24 March 2008 in Oil City, Venango County, Pennsylvania, at age 87.² She was buried in Brandon Cemetery, Cranberry Township, Venango County, Pennsylvania.²
