     June Louise Titus and Robert Lynn Hoovler were and a friend, Glenn Clulow, opened a watch repair shop which was
so narrow a person could practically touch both walls at the same time.
In 1949, they moved the business to 1211 Liberty St., and shortly
thereafter Mr. Hoovler bought out his partner. In 1964, Hoovler Jewelers
became Feldman's with a move up the street. In 1974, he relocated to its
present location where he and his wife, June, operated the business
until his retirement in 1985.4
