Starr on 25 July 1895 in Jamestown, New York.7,8,9 She and John T. Starr were divorced in 1913 in Lima, Allen County, Ohio. According to the notice in the Lima Daily News, Mary sued for divorce because of "willful absence" for more than three years. She and John had no children of their own and Mary took back her maiden name Mary Cook.7 She died on 1 September 1942 in Boston Township, Summit County, Ohio, at age 89.4 She was buried in Memorial Park Cemetery, Lima, Allen County, Ohio.4,10
     Mary Angeline Starr and John T. Starr were living in Oakland Township, Venango County, Pennsylvania, in 1900.8 She and John T. Starr moved to Lima, Allen County, Ohio, in 1903.9,11 She was living in Lima, Allen County, Ohio, in 1930.12
