Dutton returned to Greene County by 1830 when he remarried and is recorded in the 1830 census for Greene County.11,5,12 He left a will dated on 1 May 1850?. According to the will, his wife Susan was to have everything during her lifetime. After her death, his children Jane Justis and Keziah Thompson were to share his estate equally. Dutton's wife Susan was named executor and it was witnessed by George W. Gass and Nancy Gass. The will was executed on 5 May 1862.6
